Totika Game
A Maori word meaning "well balanced," Totika is a wood block stacking game like no other! As players carefully pull blocks from the stack, trying to keep it from falling over, they also draw cards and answer questions that focus on building self-esteem, social skills and coping strategies. Concentrating on removing the blocks tends to help players be less self-conscious, relax, open up and talk more freely. A great way to spice up your therapy sessions. Help clients share their feelings, tell their stories, speak their thoughts and build healthy relationships. Includes a deck of Self-Esteem questions but can also be played with Principles, Values and Beliefs Cards (17467) and Life Skills Cards (17465).
